ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ШТУЧНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ У СИСТЕМІ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВОМ: ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА ПЕРЕВАГИ

Abstract

У статті визначені основні переваги та проблеми застосування штучного інтелекту у системі управління підприємством. Були визначені поняття «штучний інтелект» та показані основні причини необхідності впровадження штучного інтелекту в систему управлінням сучасного підприємства. Важливою проблемою цього впровадження є заміна людської праці на автоматизовану роботу машин, що має негативні наслідки в умовах сучасного високого рівня безробіття при відсутності повсюдного використання штучного інтелекту. Тому невід’ємною частиною впровадження нових систем комп’ютерного управління підприємством є чітке розуміння наслідків, які воно спричинить. Не дивлячись на вказані проблеми, в наш час застосування комп’ютерних технологій набуває стрімкого розвитку. Використання штучного інтелекту дозволяє уникнути людського фактору, а саме помилок, що викликані неуважністю, недостатнім рівнем кваліфікації, або несприятливим фізичним чи психологічним станом. В розвинених країнах світу проводиться впровадження нових систем з комп’ютерним управлінням підприємствами.

The main advantages and problems of the use of artificial intelligence in the enterprise management system are defined in the article. The concepts of "artificial intelligence" were defined and the main reasons for the need to introduce artificial intelligence into the management system of a modern enterprise were shown. An important problem with this implementation is the replacement of human labor for the automated operation of machines, which has negative consequences in the context of today's high unemployment rate in the absence of widespread use of artificial intelligence. Therefore, a clear understanding of the consequences it will cause is an integral part of the introduction of new enterprise computer management systems. In spite of these problems, the use of computer technologies is in rapid development today. The use of artificial intelligence avoids human factors, such as mistakes caused by inattention, lack of skill, or an unfavorable physical or psychological state. New computer- aided enterprise management systems are being introduced in developed countries.
