СИСТЕМА МІЖНАРОДНИХ КОМУНІКАЦІЙ В ЄС ТА СУЧАСНІ ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ

Abstract

У статті зосереджена увага на поняттях «Європейський союз», «комунікація», «міжкультурна комунікація», «європейська інтеграція», розглядаються окремі тенденції інтеграційних процесів. Проаналізована еволюція європейської інтеграції. Окреслені переваги інтеграційних процесів. Названі сучасні тенденції євроінтеграційних процесів. Протягом останніх років Європейський Союз демонструє зростаючу стурбованість зміною глобалізації. Європейська інтеграція полягає в тому, щоб частково використовувати глобалізацію, а частково – стримувати її. Зосередженістьна реформуванні ключових елементів глобалізації не є новою, але вона посилилася в останнє десятиліття. Це важливо, оскільки багато європейських урядів і ЄС спільно відіграли важливу роль у формуванні глобалізації; їх багаторічна політика допомагає пояснити, чому це явище набуло тих характеристик, які воно приймає сьогодні. ЄС дедалі більше ставить під сумнів багато елементів глобалізації, за які він був частково відповідальним у попередні десятиліття. Визначено роль інтеграції до ЄС для розвитку України. Актуальні питання покращують співпрацю та дружні відносини між ЄС та Україною.Розглядається проблема формування здатності особистості до ефективної міжкультурної комунікації, визначені мовні бар’єри, розбіжності,мовні та культурні відмінності як засіб розуміння ментальних особливостей різних культур, що є гарантом ефективного діалогу культур у сучасному світі. Подається характеристика міжкультурних непорозумінь у процесі комунікації.Звертається увага на те, що Євроінтеграція України відбувається в умовах широкомасштабної російської інтервенції. Війна, розв’язана країною-агресором, з одного боку, довела готовність українців захищати незалежність своєї країни, європейський шлях її розвитку, об’єднала українську націю і зміцнила громадську підтримку руху до ЄС. А з іншого — активізувала двосторонні процеси євроінтеграції, змусила переглянути підходи і пріоритети у сфері безпеки. Водночас війна, під час якої Україна зазнала колосальних втрат, вплинула на характер просування до об’єднаної Європи, обумовила особливості «воєнної» євроінтеграції.

The article focuses on the concepts of the «European Union», “communication”, “intercultural communication”, “European integration”, and considers individual trends of integration processes. The evolution of European integration is analyzed. The advantages of integration processes are outlined. The modern trends of European integration processes are named. In recent years, the European Union has shown a growing concern with the changing globalization. European integration is partly to use globalization and partly to contain it. The focus on reforming key elements of globalization is not new, but it has intensified in the last decade. This is important because many European governments and the EU have jointly played an important role in shaping globalization; their long-standing policies help explain why the phenomenon has acquired the characteristics it assumes today. The EU is increasingly questioning many of the elements of globalization for which it was partly responsible in previous decades. The role of integration into the EU for the development of Ukraine is defined. Current issues improve cooperation and friendly relations between the EU and Ukraine. Considered the problem of the formation of an individual’s ability to of effective intercultural communication, identified language barriers, disagreements, linguistic and cultural differences as a means of understanding the mental characteristics of different cultures, which is a guarantee of an effective dialogue of cultures in the modern world. The characteristics of intercultural misunderstandings in the process of communication are given.Attention is drawn to the fact that the European integration of Ukraine is taking place in conditions of large-scale Russian intervention. The war unleashed by the aggressor country, on the one hand, proved the readiness of Ukrainians to defend the independence of their country, the European path of its development, united the Ukrainian nation and strengthened public support for the movement towards the EU. And on the other hand, it activated the bilateral processes of European integration, forced to review the approaches and priorities in the field of security. At the same time, the war, influenced the nature of progress towards a united Europe, conditioned the peculiarities of “military” European integration.
