Фінансовий інжиніринг: механізм здійснення. Науково-методична стаття

Abstract

Ефективною складовою розвитку економіки загалом та будь-якого суб’єкта економіки зокрема виступає фінансовий інжиніринг. Метою даної роботи є розробка організаційноекономічного механізму здійснення фінансового інжинірингу та визначення тенденцій на банківському ринку і ринку похідних цінних паперів в Україні. Результатами дослідження є: визначення сутності фінансового інжинірингу як процесу створення і реалізації або пошуку та застосування нових підходів до вирішення фінансових проблем за допомогою вже відомих інструментів і технологій, з метою досягнення конкретних фінансових цілей будь-якими суб’єктами економічних відносин; побудова організаційно-економічного механізму здійснення фінансового інжинірингу; виявлення основних видів фінансових інновацій, що реалізуються українськими банками; визначення тенденцій ринку деривативів

Financial engineering is the effective component of economic development in general and of any subject of the economy. The purpose of this work is to develop an organizational and economic mechanism for the implementation of financial engineering and to identify trends in the banking market and derivatives market in Ukraine. The results of the study are: the definition of the essence of financial engineering as a process of creation and implementation or the search and application of new approaches to solving financial problems with the help of already known tools and technologies, in order to achieve specific financial goals by any subjects of economic relations; construction of the organizational and economic mechanism for the implementation of financial engineering; identification of the main types of financial innovations that are being implemented by Ukrainian banks; identification of trends in the derivatives market.
