Nestor Ivanovich Makhno is incredibly an enigmatic person not
only in Ukrainian history but also histories in general. Yet from young
years a «father» fell in love with idea of anarchism, that changed his
life once for all. It is a man that succeeded to incarnate, though for
a short time, the real ideas of anarcho-communism in life are a language

менило его жизнь. Это человек, которому удалось воплотить, хотя
и ненадолго, настоящие идеи анархо-коммунизма в жизнь — речь
идет о знаменитой махновщине. Н. Махно был по-настоящему про-
тив всех. Центральный Совет, Директория, белогвардейцы и крас-
ногвардейцы — все они были его врагами. Но, невзирая на свои
убеждения, что всегда нужно идти до конца, Н. Махно в конце
концов проиграл. Стоит прибавить, что поражение нанесло смер-
тельный удар именно личности идейного анархиста, невероятно
харизматичного лидера. После тяжелого ранения никто больше не
видел того самого Нестора Ивановича — «батька».
