Удосконалення управління бізнес-процесами на підприємстві в умовах активізації Індустрії 4.0

Abstract

В статті досліджено та розкрито обґрунтування можливостей застосування сучасних підходів щодо вдосконалення управління бізнес-процесами на підприємстві, які найбільш раціонально здатні забезпечити досягнення синергетичного ефекту, а саме високих показників ефективності з оптимальним використанням наявних ресурсів. Виявлено та проаналізовано головні етапи розвитку концепції управління бізнес-процесами підприємства, виокремлено сильні й слабкі сторони її впровадження на різних етапах. Запропоновано алгоритм побудови бізнес-процесів на підприємстві, що сприяє обґрунтуванню пропозиції щодо вдосконалення механізмів управління з урахуванням сучасних внутрішніх і зовнішніх викликів, пов’язаних з посиленням міжнародної конкуренції, стрімким розвитком технологій в рамках активізації приєднання до Індустрії 4.0.

The article investigates and substantiates the possibilities of applying modern approaches to improving the management of business processes in the enterprise, which are most effectively able to achieve the synergistic effect, namely high efficiency indicators with optimal use of available resources. The main stages of development of the concept of business process management of the enterprise are identified and analyzed, the strengths and weaknesses of its implementation at different stages are highlighted. An algorithm for building business processes at an enterprise is proposed, which helps to substantiate the proposal to improve the mechanisms of business process management, taking into account modern internal and external challenges related to the intensification of international competition, rapid development of technologies within the framework of activation of Industry 4.0.
