dc.description.abstract	The article presents the result of the application of the models and the risk management method for construction projects developed by the author on the basis of a value-oriented approach on the example of a project for the reconstruction of the out-of-school work center (OWC). The project was developed on the basis of regulatory support for the reconstruction of state property objects. The analysis of the project was carried out in the plane of value-oriented management and the developed approach to risk management.	en
