У статті обґрунтовано концептуальний підхід до стратегування виробничих підприємств в умовах децентралізації, який
консолідує ресурси виробничих підприємств та об'єднаної територіальної громади на основі спільних інтересів і цілей
сталого розвитку, що сприяє формуванню відносин соціального партнерства між соціумом, місцевою владою та бізнесом. Запропоновано каскадне узгодження дій виробничого підприємства та органів місцевого самоврядування у сфері стратегування розвитку, яке полягає у каскадуванні цілей сталого розвитку та побудові взаємопов'язаних
стратегічних карт системи «об'єднана територіальна громада - виробниче підприємство», що підвищує узгодженість
ключових пріоритетів сталого розвитку, стратегічних цілей виробничих підприємств і завдань соціально-економічного
розвитку об’єднаної територіальної громади, визначає порядок формування та реалізації стратегій, індикатори їх
результативності та ефективності.
The article substantiates a conceptual approach to the strategizing of industrial enterprises in the context of decentralization,
which consolidates the resources of industrial enterprises and a united territorial society on the basis of common interests and goals of sustainable development, which contributes to the formation of social partnership relations between society, local authorities and business. A cascade coordination of the actions of a production enterprise and local governments in the field of
development strategy is proposed, which consists in cascading sustainable development goals and building interconnected
strategic maps of the "united territorial community - production enterprise" system, which increases the consistency of key
sustainable development priorities, goals of industrial enterprises and social tasks -economic development of the united territorial society, determines the procedure for the formation and implementation of strategies, indicators of their effectiveness and efficiency.
