Структура системи інформаційного забезпечення діяльності малих бізнес структур

Abstract

The article analyzes the organization of information support of small business structures (SBS). The importance of information support in making management decisions is shown. The definition of the concept of information support and the definition of its requirements are given. It is proposed to present information support of small business structures in four interrelated levels: with dynamic information with high rate of change, which requires constant monitoring (information on the external environment and operational management) and quasi-static information (on the organization of internal activities). The main obstacles that complicate their information support are given. It is shown that a significant contribution to the creation of information support of SBS is the application of the concept of collective intelligence to identify both problem areas in the activities of SBS and to identify alternatives to support the search and management decisions. The proposed solutions were tested at one of the small enterprises in Odessa and showed positive results.

У статті проаналізовано організацію інформаційного забезпечення структур малого бізнесу. Показано значення інформаційної підтримки у прийнятті управлінських рішень. Дано визначення поняття інформаційного забезпечення та визначення його вимог. Пропонується представити інформаційне забезпечення структур малого бізнесу на чотирьох взаємопов’язаних рівнях: з динамічною інформацією з високим темпом змін, що вимагає постійного моніторингу (інформація про зовнішнє середовище та оперативне управління) та квазістатичною інформацією (про організацію внутрішньої діяльність). Наведено основні перешкоди, що ускладнюють їх інформаційну підтримку. Показано, що вагомим внеском у створення інформаційного забезпечення МБС є застосування концепції колективної розвідки для виявлення обох проблемних областей у діяльності МБС та визначення альтернатив для підтримки рішень щодо пошуку та управління. Запропоновані рішення були протестовані на одному з малих підприємств Одеси та показали позитивні результати.
