НАУКОМЕТРИЧЕСКИЕ ДАННЫЕ НАУЧНОГО ИЗДАНИЯ «УПРАВЛЕНИЕ РАЗВИТИЕМ СЛОЖНЫХ СИСТЕМ»

Abstract

Выполнен анализ публикаций научного издания относительно представления его содержания в наукометрических базах Copernicus и BASE. Получена оценка публикационной активности авторов научного издания с помощью поисковой системы Publish or Perish с определением наукометрических показателей научного издания на основе базы данных Google Scholar.

Access to a variety of publications in the World Wide Web creates conditions for the evaluation of publication activity of individual authors, departments and universities in general. In this case, publications are in the focus of scientometric research. This article is focused on scientometric indicators of a scientific publisher, which has a lot of published articles and many of them are indexed in the web. An analysis of publications, which are included to the scientometric database Copernicus and BASE, are performed. An increasing of indexed publications is shown. The publication activity of authors is estimated using the search engine Publish or Perish based on the Google Scholar database Scientometric indicators of a scientific publisher were also defined using Publish or Perish. It is shown that writing articles with loosely structured bibliographic data do not allow exhaustively generate metadata publications to enable effective assessment of the publication activity of the authors and the scientific level of the published articles.
