Управління процесом формування наукометричних показників наукових публікацій

Abstract

Виконано аналіз життєвого циклу наукових публікацій і показано, що просуванню статей до науковців у світовій спільноті притаманні властивості марківських процесів. Комунікаційні впливи змінюють ймовірності станів системи з послідовним рухом по траєкторії від відсутності інформації про публікацію до ознайомлення з нею через стан позитивного відношення до її цитування. Доведено, що у разі використання систем Google Scholar, ORCID, Mendeley, Academia, ResearchGate та ін., за активної участі авторів у розміщені своїх публікацій збільшується частка статей, які є доступними колегам у Інтернет-просторі.

The analysis of the life cycle of scientific publications and show that to the advancement of scientific articles in the world community inherent properties of Markov processes. Communication influences the probability of changing system states with consistent movement along the trajectory from a lack of information about the publication to familiarize with it because of the positive attitude to state its citation. It is proved that the use of Google Scholar, ORCID, Mendeley, Academia, ResearchGate et al., with the active participation of authors in their publications are increasing the proportion of articles that are available to colleagues in the Internet - space.
