У статті наведено аналіз динаміки поширення небезпек у контексті еволюційного розвитку суспільства, роль «людського» фактора у відомих теоретичних дослідженнях щодо визначення ризику та аспектація сучасних методик оцінювання ризику. Запропонована алгоритмічна схема виникнення ризику на основних етапах його розвитку та перспективні напрями удосконалення методології кількісної оцінки ризиків.
The article presents the analysis of the dynamics of spreading risks in the context of the evolutionary development of society, the role of the "human" factor in the well-known theoretical research and methods to identify risk and aspectation modern methods of risk assessment. The proposed algorithmic scheme of risk on the main stages of its development and future directions of improvement of methodology of quantitative risk assessment.
