Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблем інноваційного розвитку виноградарсько-виноробної галузі України, особливо в її південних регіонах — Одеській, Миколаївській та Херсонській областях. Представлено результати аналізу поточного стану галузі, визначено необхідність активного впровадження інновацій та чинники, що сприяють та заважають цьому. Визначено основні позитивні наслідки впровадження інноваційних проектів на підприємствах галузі та основні ризики інноваційного розвитку. Окремо відзначається важливість пошуку надійних джерел фінансування інноваційного розвитку галузі, зважаючи на певні особливості вирощування винограду та виробництва виноградних вин. Наведено приклади запровадження сучасних інноваційних проектів на виноробних підприємствах Одесь
кого та інших регіонів. Серед основних напрямів інноваційного розвитку визначено виробничі, організаційні, маркетингові інновації, наведено конкретні пропозиції.
Article is devoted to research of Ukraine wine)making industry innovative development problems, especially in its
southern regions — the Odessa, Nikolayev and Kherson regions. Analysis results of industry current status are provided,
need of active implementation of innovations and factors which help and interfere with it is determined. The main positive
consequences of innovative projects implementation at the entities of an industry and the main risks of innovative
development are determined. Importance of reliable sources of innovative development of industry financing search, in
view of certain features of cultivation of grapes and production of grape wines is separately noted. Examples of
implementation of modern innovative projects at the wine)making entities Odessa and other regions are given. Among
the main directions of innovative development production, organizational, marketing innovations are determined, specific
proposals are given.
