Разработка ценностного предложения работодателя с использованием шаблонa ценностного предложения А. Остервальдера

Abstract

Статья посвящена описанию возможного подхода к созданию ценностного предложения работодателя с использованием «шаблона» («канвы») ценностного предложения, предложенного Александром Остервальдером. Рассматриваются взаимосвязи между ценностным предложением, трудовым договором и должностной инструкцией сотрудника.

The article is devoted to the description of a possible approach to the creation of the employer's value proposition using the "template" ("canvas") of the value proposition proposed by Alexander Osterwalder. This approach can be used further in the search for specific candidates for vacant positions in the organization, negotiating with them, drafting proposals and concluding labor agreements (contracts) to focus on long-term cooperation between the organization (employer) and employee (employees) and in the field of project management. The relationship between a value proposition, an employment contract and an employee's job description is considered.
