У статті сформовані теоретичні основи стратегічного управління інтелектуальним потенціалом торговельного підприємства. Узагальнені методичні підходи до визначення сутності категорії «стратегічне управління». Виділено головні риси категорії «стратегічне управління» в рамках управління інтелектуальним потенціалом. Визначено принцип стратегічного управління та розроблена динамічна схема системи стратегічного управління інтелектуальним потенціалом торговельного підприємства.
The article defines the theoretical basis for strategic management of the intellectual potential of commercial enterprise. Generalization of methodological approaches to the definition of the category of "stewardship" was made in the article. The basic features of the category of "stewardship" in the management of intellectual potential was defined. The principle of strategic management and dynamic scheme developed strategic intellectual potential management system of the enterprise was presented.
