Computer modeling of the processes of development of information technology in dynamic processes of the formation of classes of the generalized Artin’s hypothesis

Abstract

Abstract. The relationship between the processes of formation of classes of primes in the generalized Artin’s hypothesis and the theory of information, and as a consequence, information technology, is investigated. It is proved that probabilistic methods of the theory of information and information technologies are the basis for constructing computer models of classes of primes in accordance with the generalized Artin’s hypothesis. Methods for calculating the Artin’s constants are developed and the convergence of the estimates of the constants in probability to limit values is established. The foundations of a numbertheoretic analysis of Artin's constants and related classes are created.
