Abstract

У статті проаналізовано нові інформаційні технології та методики, пропоновані до використання на підприємствах, як складові концепції Enterprise Content Management.

The article analyzes the new information technologies and methodologies proposed for use in enterprises, as components of the concept of Enterprise Content Management. The author proves that the methods of information managing activities on the companies and organizations based on the concept of information management. The effectiveness of this confirmed by to enterprises and organizations of the United States. An example of foreign companies proves that computer systems of information management, innovative technology and communications systems conducive to satisfaction of growing requirements of managers to maintenance with the information. The consideration of information management and documentation had a number of publications devoted to domestic and foreign scientists. This subjects many research are devoted representatives of the Odessa school academic documentation, which successfully developed at the Department of Documentation and Information of the Odessa National Polytechnic University.
