Abstract

Стаття розкриває загальні принципи політики переходу України до сталого розвитку, основою якого є паритетність відносин у тріаді людина – господарство – природа, що забезпечує перехід до такого способу взаємодії природи і суспільства, який характеризується як епоха ноосфери. Для повного забезпечення розкриття сутності теми було: наведено ключові принципи сталого розвитку України, та обґрунтовано сенс та результат в разі їх реалізації;розглянуто показники стану навколишнього середовища як комплексний інструментарій для виміру і репрезентації еколого-економічних тенденцій в країні; сформовано основні завдання та цілі забезпечення принципів політики переходу сталого розвитку України; виявлені та сегментовані потенційні загрози сталому розвитку України. Симбіоз отриманих результатів наддасть можливість дотримуватись вірного курсу на шляху переходу України до сталого розвитку.

The article reveals the general principles of the policy of transition of Ukraine to sustainable development, the basis of which is the parity of relations in the triad of man – economy – nature, which provides the transition to such a way of interaction between nature and society, which is characterized as the era of the noosphere. Achieving sustainable development principles in any country can be achieved through the modernization of management systems and social relations on the basis of social responsibility, when motivational mechanisms for socially responsible behavior in this sphere of the individual, society, business and state will be employed. To fully ensure the disclosure of the essence of the topic was: - the key principles of sustainable development of Ukraine are given, and the meaning and result in case of their realization are substantiated; - environmental indicators are considered as a comprehensive tool for measuring and representing the ecological and economic trends in the country; - the main tasks and goals of ensuring the principles of the policy of transition of sustainable development of Ukraine have been formed; - potential threats to the sustainable development of Ukraine identified and segmented. However, the inconsistency of the pace of economic development and requirements of environmental security, the dominance of nature-intensive industries, high share of resource- and energy-intensive outdated technologies, raw material orientation of exports, the militarization of production, lack of humanistic values among the priorities of development, and lack of ecological level to deepening crisis in the economy, the deterioration of the environment, which poses a real threat to the lives and activities of current and indigenous generations. The symbiosis of the obtained results will give the opportunity to follow the right course on the way of Ukraine's transition to sustainable development.
