Сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку морського круїзного туризму в Одеській області

Abstract

У статті представлено сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку морського круїзного туризму в Одеській області. Проаналізовано сучасний стан розвитку морського туризму в Одеській області, також показана оцінка тенденцій та закономірностей розвитку морських туристичних круїзів. Виявлено та проаналізовано проблеми розвитку морського круїзного туризму. Здійснено оцінку рівня використання круїзного потенціалу міста Одеси. Виділено фактори, що стримуються розвиток круїзного туризму. Проведено аналіз і надано характеристику основних проблем розвитку ринку круїзних послуг, які вимагають пошуку нових форм формування вагомих конкурентних переваг функціонування морегосподарського комплексу України у сфері морського круїзного туризму. Наголошено, що головним завданням регіональних органів влади стає вибір сценарію відродження повномасштабного туристичного і транспортного морського комплексу України. Також доведено, що необхідним є підвищення ролі держави в становленні круїзного судноплавства для соціально-економічного розвитку всього Причорноморського регіону. Обгрунтовано перспективні напрямки та стратегія подальшого розвитку морського круїзного туризму в Одеської області з урахуванням специфіки та потенціалу регіону та запропоновано заходи щодо подальшого розвитку морської галузі держави в міжнародну круїзну індустрію.

The article presents the current state and development prospects of sea cruise tourism in the Odessa region. The current state of the development of sea tourism in the Odessa region is analyzed, and an assessment of the trends and patterns of development of sea tourist cruises is also shown. The problems of the development of sea cruise tourism are identified and analyzed. Assessed the level of use of the cruise potential of the city of Odessa. Factors highlighted, restrained the development of cruise tourism. The analysis and characterization of the main problems of the development of the market of cruise services, require the search for new forms of formation of significant competitive advantages of the functioning of the marine economy of Ukraine in the field of sea cruise tourism. It is noted that the main task of regional authorities is the choice of a scenario for the revival of the full-scale tourist and transport maritime complex of Ukraine. It is also proved that it is necessary to increase the role of the state in the formation of cruise shipping for the socio-economic development of the entire Black Sea region. Prospective directions and a strategy for the further development of sea cruise tourism in the Odessa region are justified, taking into account the specifics and potential of the region, and measures are proposed for the further development of the state’s marine industry in the international cruise industry.
