Дослідження достовірності контролю помножувача за проявом кратних відмов

Abstract

Об'єкт дослідження – процес контролю наближених результатів на виходах матричного помножувача мантис у додатковому коді при кратних відмовах. Предмет дослідження – достовірність контролю наближених добутків в умовах дії кратних відмов під час аварійного режиму системи критичного застосування. Мета роботи – оцінка достовірності контролю за модулем три наближених добутків на виходах матричного помножувача мантис у додатковому коді під дією кратних відмов, що проявляються в аварійному режимі системи критичного застосування. Робота присвячена питанням робочого діагностування матричних обчислювальних пристроїв при виконанні наближених обчислень. Досліджується метод контролю за модулем помножувача мантис у додатковому коді в умовах дії кратних відмов в аварійному режимі системи критичного застосування. На програмній моделі контролю визначені ймовірності виявлення та пропуску суттєвих та несуттєвих помилок при внесенні кратних відмов. Оцінюється достовірність контролю в умовах дії кратних відмов.

Object of study – process of checking the approximate results at outputs of the iterative array multiplier of mantissas in two’s complement code in case of the multiply faults. Subject of study – trustworthiness of residue checking by modulo three of the approximate products at outputs of the iterative array multiplier of mantissas in two’s complement code under the influence of the multiple faults which is shown in emergency mode of safety-related systems. Purpose – estimation in reliability of residue checking by modulo three of the approximate calculations at outputs of the iterative array multiplier of mantissas in two’s complement code under the influence of the multiple faults during emergency mode of safety-related systems. Work is dedicated to questions of on-line testing the array computing units in case of executing the approximated calculations. A method of residue checking the mantissas multiplier in two’s complement code in conditions of multiply faults action in emergency mode of safety-related system is investigated. On the program model the probabilities of detection and the skipping of the essential and inessential errors in case of injecting the multiply faults are determined. Trustworthiness of the checking in condition of multiply faults action is estimated.
