Моделювання стратегії розвитку виробничого підприємства в умовах диверсифікації

Abstract

Розглянуто необхідні та достатні умови для диверсифікації. Визначено вплив диверсифікаційних процесів на ефективність діяльності підприємства та його потенційне зростання на основі синергетичних поєднань компетенцій та ресурсів. Розроблено схема моделювання процесу формування стратегії диверсифікованого розвитку виробничого підприємства. Запропоновано модель адаптованого до диверсифікаційних стратегій «портфельного аналізу інвестора», що дозволяє в задачах виробничої диверсифікації визначити як їх ефективність, так і ризики в кількісній формі, які можуть супроводжувати запропоновану диверсифікацію, а також визначити оптимальну виробничу програму диверсифікованої продукції, яка відповідає наявній кон’юктурі ринку та можливостям підприємства.

Necessary and sufficient conditions for diversification are considered. The influence of diversification processes on the efficiency of the enterprise and its potential growth on the basis of synergetic combinations of competencies and resources is determined. The scheme of modeling of process of formation of strategy of diversified development of the industrial enterprise is developed. A model of "investor portfolio analysis" adapted to diversification strategies is proposed, which allows to determine both efficiency and quantitative risks in production diversification tasks that may accompany the proposed diversification, as well as to determine the optimal production program of diversified products that corresponds to existing diversified products. market structure and enterprise capabilities.
