Estimation of the factors’ influencing on expertise of the projects of international cooperation program

Abstract

The article covers the analysis of existing international foundations and programs from the point of view of interacting with them of the institutes of higher education for attracting their investments as the complementary sources of financing. In this art icle examined the factors, capable to wield influence on outcomes of expertise of the projects the international cooperation programs and development of principles of their estimation from the point of view of the potential competitor

У статті проводиться аналіз взаємодії вищих навчальних закладів з існуючими міжнародними фондами та програмами для залучення їх капіталу в якості додаткових джерел фінансування. Розглянуто чинники, здатні впливати на результати експертизи проектів за програмами міжнародної співпраці і наведено методику їх оцінки з точки зору потенційного здобувача.
