Реализация социально-культурной адаптационной программы для иностранных учащихся в информационной образовательной среде университета

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены пути реализации Социально-культурной адаптационной программы для иностранных учащихся в информационно-образовательной среде университета, которая предлагает широкий инструментарий для создания информационного и коммуникативного поля, куда может быть вовлечен иностранный учащийся с первых шагов пребывания в Украине и изучения языка обучения. Представлены основные направления адаптационного процесса на время обучения иностранных учащихся на этапе довузовской подготовки, соответствующие им культурно-воспитательные мероприятия, а также их реализация посредством ресурсов информационно-образовательной среды.

The adaptation of a foreign citizen to a foreign cultural environment are the most important conditions for the successful preparation of foreign citizens for study in non-native language universities. The development of modern information and communication technologies allows us to return to the issues of intensification of the educational process and to realize individual personal, communicative and competence approaches in teaching. The implementation of the Social and Cultural Adaptation Program (SCAP) for foreign citizens at the stage of pre-university language training is relevant in the new information conditions offered by the information and educational environment (IEE). The SCAP considers adaptation as prolonged for the duration of all training on the pre-university process in four areas: a) adaptation to a foreign information space in a new cultural society; b) socialization and adaptation associated with mental and physiological difficulties at the household level, with reorganization of the personality in the new conditions of life, psycho-emotional stress, climate change, etc .; c) adaptation to new educational activities, related to the formation of communicative and linguistic competence of interaction with other participants in the educational and cognitive sphere; d) intercultural adaptation. Determination of a correspondence between certain activities, types, forms of cultural and educational work within the framework of the SCAP and their implementation through the resources of the IEE is proposed in the article for each direction. The proposed classification of SCAP directions at the stage of pre-university language training of foreign citizens allows to form the foundation for planning cultural and educational activities, taking into account the possibilities of the information educational environment. At the same time, the list of specific events (SCAP) is of a varied nature and can be changed and reoriented to the specifics of the organization of educational and cultural and educational work in each educational institution.

У статті розглянуто шляхи реалізації соціально-культурної адаптаційної програми для іноземних учнів в інформаційно-освітньому середовищі університету, яка пропонує широкий інструментарій для створення інформаційного і комунікативного поля, куди може бути залучений іноземний учень з перших кроків перебування в Україні і вивчення мови навчання. Представлені основні напрямки адаптаційного процесу на час навчання іноземних учнів на етапі довузівської підготовки, відповідні їм культурно-виховні заходи, а також їх реалізація за допомогою ресурсів інформаційно-освітнього середовища.
