The methodology of business process modeling in pharmaceutical enterprises management

Abstract

The research is devoted to consideration the modern directions of modeling business processes of pharmaceutical enterprises management. The problems of the functioning pharmaceutical industry in Ukraine are determined. The classification of the main business processes of pharmaceutical enterprises is given taking into account the specifics of the industry. The analysis of domestic developments in the field of business process management of pharmaceutical enterprises is carried out with the involvement of economic-mathematical and simulation methods. The authors are justified the necessity of using a multi-approach paradigm of simulation modeling and fuzzy expert systems of approximate reasoning as a complex apparatus of researches. The software platforms for implementing the recommended mathematical apparatus are viewed. The topical directions of research for the future are identified.

Исследование посвящено рассмотрению современных направлений моделирования бизнес-процессов управления фармацевтическими предприятиями. Определяются проблемы функционирования фармацевтической отрасли Украины. С учетом специфики отрасли приведена классификация основных бизнес-процессов фармацевтических предприятий. Проведен анализ отечественных разработок в сфере бизнес-процессного управления фармацевтическими предприятиями с привлечением экономико-математических и имитационных методов. Обосновывается необходимость использования многоподходной парадигмы имитационного моделирования и нечетких экспертных систем приближенных рассуждений в качестве комплексного аппарата исследований. Рассмотрены программные платформы реализации рекомендуемого математического аппарата. Выделены актуальные направления исследований на перспективу.
