Класифікація конфліктів у наукових проектах

Abstract

На сьогоднішній день запровадження методології управління проектами стає дієвим ін- струментом для впровадження сучасних підходів, моделей та методів у різних сферах діяль- ності людини і дає змогу підвищити їх ефективність. Управління усіма учасниками будь-якого проекту вимагає від керівника проекту та його команди неабияких зусиль, для того щоб задо- вольнити усі потреби та забезпечити отримання цінностей. У зв’язку з цим у процесі реаліза- ції проекту можуть виникати конфлікти як усередині команди, так і зовні. Стаття присвя- чена науковій проблемі ідентифікації та систематизації конфліктів проекту. Проведено ана- ліз існуючих підходів до типології й систематизації конфліктів у психології та менеджменті. За його результатами автор запропонував удосконалити їх шляхом систематизації конфлік- тів у наукових проектах. Удосконалена класифікація конфліктів у наукових проектах дасть керівнику проекту можливість своєчасно реагувати на виникнення конфліктних ситуацій шля- хом якісної реалізації заходів щодо запобігання конфліктам.

Today, the project management methodology has proved itself to be a high-quality and effective tool for introducing modern approaches, models and methods in various fields of human activities and has allowed to increase their effectiveness. The management by all participants in any project re- quires a lot of efforts from the project manager and his team in order to satisfy all needs and ensure the acquisition of values. The author has analyzed the publications on project management and found that in the process of implementing any project, including a scientific one, conflicts may arise both inside and outside the team. This may be due to the fact that the fast rhythm of a person’s life in the modern world has nega- tive consequences for the well-being and psycho-physical condition of a person. That is why the scien- tific problem of this work consists in the identification and systematization of conflicts of a scientific project. The article analyzes the existing approaches to the typology and systematization of conflicts in psychology and management, which consider conflicts in terms of human needs, the scope of its activi- ties in public life and professional activities. According to the results of the analysis, as well as taking into account the peculiarities of scien- tific projects, the author has proposed to improve existing conflict typologies by systematizing con- flicts that may arise in the process of planning and implementing scientific projects. The improved classification of conflicts in research projects proposed by the author will allow the project manager to respond in a timely manner to the occurrence of conflict situations through the qualitative implementation of conflict prevention activities that can be associated with all participants of research projects and will allow these projects to be completed with high-quality satisfaction of all stakeholders.
