Abstract

The study considers “humanitarian expertise” as a relevant philosophical innovation. The author also explores it as a relatively autonomous expert system. The article substantiates that the ideology of humanitarian expertise lies in the fact that this philosophical innovation forces people to actively participate in the best structure of the world, directly transforming their worldview.
