dc.description.abstract	The traditional image of world culture is associated, first of all, with the ideas of its historical and organic integrity, ideas about norms, rules, traditions and customs. However, the new image of culture is increasingly associated with the development of noosphere, planetary thinking, ideas of ecohumanism and universalism. Modern quality of the cultural knowledge had an impact on one of the most important concepts of philosophy and sociology – the idea of national identity.	en
