Проблема забезпечення безпеки є ключовою для подальшого розвитку процесів європейської інтеграції та становлення демократичних інституцій у регіоні Чорного моря. Війна з Росію та введення у зв’язку з цим військового стану стало фактором, який обумовлює виникнення різноманітних та специфічних проблеми для українського суспільства та формування політики з розвитку. Мета дослідження полягає у вивченні можливості забезпеченні ефективності процесу мирної відбудови України після закінчення війни на основі застосування інструментів трансформації діяльності органів публічного управління та формуванні політики з післявоєнного розвитку та інтеграції до ЄС.
The problem of ensuring security is key to the further development of European integration processes and the establishment of democratic institutions in the Black Sea region. The war with Russia and the introduction of martial law in connection with this became a factor that determines the emergence of various and specific problems for Ukrainian society and the formation of development policy. The purpose of the study is to study the possibility of ensuring the effectiveness of the process of peaceful reconstruction of Ukraine after the end of the war based on the application of tools for the transformation of the activities of public administration bodies and the formation of policies for post-war development and integration into the EU.
