Особливості інституційного забезпечення процесу реалізації національної інноваційної політики в сучасній Україні

Abstract

Досліджено основні організаційні структури, які відповідають за формування та реалізацію національної інноваційної політики в сучасній Україні. Проаналізовано хронологію реорганізації державного органу, який опікувався управлінням науковою й інноваційною сферами в Україні протягом становлення її незалежності. Запропоновано візуалізацію моделі системи інституційного забезпечення процесу реалізації національної інноваційної політики в Україні. Зроблено висновок, що вирішення стратегічних завдань інституційного забезпечення процесу реалізації національної інноваційної політики сприятиме зростанню добробуту нації через активне використання нових інформаційних систем.

The main organizational structures that are responsible for the formation and implementation of the national innovation policy in modern Ukraine are studied. The chronology of the reorganization of the state body, which took care of the management of scientific and innovative spheres in Ukraine during the period of its independence, was analyzed. The visualization of the model of the system of institutional support of the process of implementation of the national innovation policy in Ukraine is proposed. It was concluded that solving the strategic tasks of institutional support of the process of implementing the national innovation policy will contribute to the growth of the nation's well-being through the active use of new information systems.
