Сучасні тенденції розвитку України: втягування її в процеси глобалізації і залучення до цінностей західних цивілізацій, надають особливе звучання темі цінності права. Окремі люди, навіть цілі спільноти виявляють свою зорієнтованість переважно на матеріальні чи духовні цінності. Щодо цього, відносно цінностей, то не тільки в нашій країні простежується така закономірність: бути моральним економічно вигідно, а той, хто жертвує мораллю заради миттєвої вигоди, програє не лише морально, а й економічно.
Современные тенденции развития Украины: втягивание ее в процессы глобализации и привлечения к ценностям западных цивилизаций, предают особенное звучание теме ценности права. Отдельные люди, и даже целые сообщества обнаруживают свою ориентованость преимущественно на
материальные или духовные ценности. Вместе с тем, относительно ценностей, не только в нашей стране прослеживается такая закономерность: быть моральным экономически выгодно, а тот, кто жертвует моралью ради мгновенной выгоды, проигрывает не только морально, но и экономически.
Modern tendencies of the development of Ukraine: its involvement in the processes of globalization and attraction to the values of the western civilizations, add special sounding to the subject of a value of law. Certain people, and even the whole communities are oriented mainly on material or cultural wealth. At the same time, with regard to values, not only in our country such regularity is traced: to be moral means
to be economic, and the one who endows morals for the sake of instant benefit loses not only morally, but also economically. During recent years moral criteria of the population have lowered in the sphere of public behavior, which is related also to the legal sphere, first of all to the legal consciousness. As an assumption, that explains a modern situation in legal culture, can be specified inheritance of the Soviet system. In the conditions of long suppression of the right and freedoms, an individual in order to realize his own requirements, vital interests, was compelled to look for ways of bypassing the law. At the same time according to the contents the sense of justice for people becomes richer, social expectations for improvement of democratic transformations, celebrations of legality and law are recorded. Democracy as an ideal is a constant fight of citizens for the rights, for the partnership, responsibility, honest and effective government. Here everything depends on civil activity of people, their creative and vital energy, level of culture and education, morality and legal thinking. Until the legal culture of citizens of Ukraine doesn't grow to necessary level, until the idea of the rights and freedoms of the person doesn't become the ethical requirement, the national idea, that is capable to unite all society, the procedures and institutes of ensuring the rights and freedoms of the person, won't be realized in practice.
