Влияние вибрационных воздействий на ресурс микросхем

Abstract

Рассмотрено влияние вибрационных нагрузок, которые передаются через точки крепления плат, на надежность расположенных на них микросхем. Показано, что увеличение амплитуды виброускоре- ния с 5 до 30 мс–2 приводит к сокращению срока службы и разрушению выводов микросхем.

The authors consider how vibration impacts, transmitted through the fixing points of the boards, affect the reliability of the chips located on the boards. It is shown that an increase in the vibration acceleration ampli- tude from 5 to 30 ms –2 leads to a shortening of the service life and destruction of the pinouts of the microcir- cuits.
