Акцентується увага на соціокультурних факторах вищої освіти як основи становлення сучасної особистості. Визначається зв’язок соціокультурного розвитку суспільства із проблемами вищої освіти як невід’ємної частини знань, необхідних для ефективного комплексного реформування вищої освіти в Україні.
The author stresses that the social and cultural factors play the major role in the process of personal development of an individual. The article also defines the interconnection between social and cultural development of the society and the issues in the educational sphere. Due to realising of this interconnection, it becomes possible to reform educational sphere in Ukraine.
