In the management of educational activities, in the context of training, as a portfolio of projects, it is important to understand the group dynamics of the formation of groups of students. The main idea is the possibility of increasing the efficiency of the educational process in managing the group dynamics of the student group, starting from the moment of its formation and conducting through the whole further training program within the chosen specialty.
При управлении образовательной деятельностью, в разрезе проведения обучения, как реализации портфеля проектов важным является понимание групповой динамики формирования групп обучающихся.
