Theoretical questions of formation of strategy are researched in the article. Classification of strategies is generalized by various features. The strategies of management of the intellectual capital development of the enterprise are characterized. The model of the definition of directions of realization of the chosen strategies is developed. “Calling cards” of strategies of complex interaction are formed, as well as strategies of pair
interaction and the development of the separate components of the intellectual capital of the enterprise. Strategic alternatives and the results of their implementation are defined.
