Аннотация:
The purpose of this article is to analyze existing scientific approaches to regulating the market of public goods under conditions of administrative and territorial reform. In the process of preparation of the article methods of logical generalization of theoretical developments and personal observations were used, which allowed to systematize existing scientific approaches to the regulation of the market of public goods. The assessment of the feasibility of production of public goods is complicated by the monopoly of the state in fulfilling certain functions, which generates asymmetry of information on the adoption and implementation of decisions of state bodies. In addition, the analysis of external influences (externalities) from consumption of public goods is subject to the influence of political forces.
