Особливості забезпечення інтелектуально-кадрової безпеки як складової зміцнення економічної безпеки підприємств

Abstract

The article examines the essence, content and main components of intellectual and personnel security of enterprises within the framework of the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development in conditions of high situational uncertainty. Scientific approaches to understanding the essence and content of intellectual and personnel security of enterprises are defined. The main categories related to the sustainable development of enterprises from the standpoint of strengthening their economic security and ensuring its individual components have been identified and systematized. It has been established that the sustainable development of enterprises should be considered as a necessary condition for strengthening their economic security, as a result of ensuring their stability, which is expressed by the ability to cope with the influence of both external and internal destabilizing factors and return to a state of equilibrium, and as a result of increasing the efficiency of their activities, which is characterized by the ratio of the effect to the costs of obtaining it or the degree of the goals achievement.

У статті досліджено сутність, зміст та основні складові елементи інтелектуально-кадрової безпеки підприємств в рамках реалізації стратегії сталого розвитку в умовах високої ситуаційної невизначеності. Визначені наукові підходи до розуміння сутності та змісту інтелектуально-кадрової безпеки підприємств. Виявлені та систематизовані основні категорії, що пов’язані зі сталим розвитком підприємств з позиції зміцнення їх економічної безпеки та забезпечення її окремих складових. Встановлено, що сталий розвиток підприємств слід розглядати як необхідну умову зміцнення їх економічної безпеки, як результат забезпечення їх стійкості, що виражається здатністю справлятися зі впливом як зовнішніх, так і внутрішніх дестабілізуючих чинників і повертатися до рівноважного стану, та як результат підвищення ефективності їх діяльності, що характеризується відношенням ефекту із витратами на його отримання або ступінь досягнення цілей.
