ВПЛИВ ПАРАМЕТРІВ ДІАГРАМ НАПРУЖЕННЯ-ДЕФОРМАЦІЯ ДРОТУ НА ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ ГРАНИЧНИХ СТАНІВ КАНАТІВ

Abstract

В попередніх роботах нами представлені розробки аналітичного визначення міцнісних і деформативних характеристик канатів при різних схемах їх навантаження. Визначення характеристик граничного пружного стану і несучої спроможності базуються на використанні схематизованих діаграм напруженнядеформація дротів канату. В даній роботі досліджено вплив умовної границі пружності і параметрів лінійної схематизації діаграм напруження-деформація дротів на вказані міцнісні характеристики канатів. Вплив умовної границі пружності досліджено в інтервалі залишкових деформацій 0,0010,01%. Рекомендується використовувати умовну границю пружності σ0,05 і визначати її за 3-4-ма діаграмами σ-ε випробування зразків дроту. Так само рекомендується використовувати середні арифметичні значення параметрів лінійної схематизації діаграм: умовної границі текучості, модуля зміцнення, а також граничної рівномірної деформації дроту при розтяганні. Рекомендації, щодо умовної границі пружності підтверджені експериментальними даними інших авторів. In previous works, we presented the development of analytical determination of the strength and deformation characteristics of ropes under different loading schemes. Determination of the characteristics of the ultimate elastic state and bearing capacity are based on the use of schematic stress-strain diagrams of the rope wires. In this work, the influence of the conditional limit of elasticity and the parameters of the linear schematization of the stress-strain diagrams of the wires on the indicated strength characteristics of the ropes is investigated. The influence of the conditional limit of elasticity was studied in the range of residual deformations of 0,001 0,01%. It is recommended to use the conditional limit of elasticity σ0,05 and to determine it according to 3-4 σ-ε diagrams of wire samples. It is also recommended to use the average arithmetic values of the parameters of the linear schematization of the diagrams: the conditional yield limits, the strengthening modulus, as well as the ultimate uniform deformation of the wire during stretching. Recommendations regarding the conditional limit of elasticity are confirmed by experimental data of other authors.
