Підвищення герметичності тонкостінних виливків з сірого чавуну

Abstract

Прокопович Игорь Валентинович. Повышение герметичности тонкостенных отливок из серого чугуна. Рукопись. Диссертация на соискание ученой степени кандидата технических наук по специальности 05.16.04 - литейное производство. Национальный технический университет Украины “ Киевский политехнический институт ”, Киев, 1997. На основе выявления механизма потери герметичности отливкой из серого чугуна вследствие низкой гидропрочности сплава получена аналитическая зависимость герметичности от средней длины графитовых включений в структуре металла. Предложен метод повышения эксплуатационных характеристик тонкостенных, сложнорельефных чугунных отливок теплоэнергетического оборудования повышенного давления, заключающийся в создании оптимальной микроструктуры сплава путем легирования его микроприсадками сурьмы. Технология испытана на Одесском литейном заводе “Центролит” . Ожидаемый экономический эффект за счет снижения брака литья “ребристых труб ” по негермегичности - 25000 гр. в год.
