Оценка эффективности командной работы на стадии инициации проектов

Abstract

Выполнена оценка эффективности командной работы на стадии инициации проектов при поиске инновационных идей проектов. Показано, что на этой стадии наиболее рациональной организационной формой работы является фронтальная структура, когда все члены команды одновременно выполняют поиск приемлемого решения, что позволяет эффективно использовать потенциал компетентности команды проекта

Показано, що на цій стадії найбільш раціональною організаційною формою роботи є фронтальна структура, коли всі члени команди одночасно виконують пошук прийнятного рішення, що дозволяє ефективно використовувати потенціал компетентності команди проекту

Versatile method for the development of innovative ideas in the team can be an idea of the method "Six Thinking Hats", which proposed a renowned expert in the field of problems thinking Edward de Bono. The advantage of this approach is the creation of a common way forward with ideas being developed. The evaluation of the effectiveness of teamwork at the initiation stage of projects in search of innovative project ideas is shown. It is shown that the level of competence of the project team has a significant influence on the outcome of the project. It is proposed to modify the approach proposed by Edward de Bono, who secured the role of the participants according to their types of thinking in terms of such a static structure relationships in the team searches for project ideas. It is proposed to approach the development of ideas in stages at each stage of this work, all team members at the same time working hard to find acceptable solutions. It had been proved that during the generation of innovative ideas most rational organizational form of work is just such a frontal structure that allows efficient use of the potential competence of the project team
