Серед важливих умов реалізації ефективної державної
регуляторної політики щодо забезпечення економічної безпеки
аграрного сектору особливої уваги потребує необхідність
своєчасної ідентифікації найбільш суттєвих факторів загрози
відновлення економічного зростання аграрного сектору. Ми
пропонуємо розробити спеціальні індикатори економічної
безпеки. Сукупність таких індикаторів відіграє важливу роль
при визначенні рівня забезпечення економічної безпеки та
дозволить вчасно реагувати на можливі загрози і ризики, а їх
критерії є важливим інструментом державної політики під час
проведення оцінки. Реалізацію поставленого завдання потрібно
здійснити за допомогою застосування індикаторів
інституційного забезпечення аграрного сектору, як важливого
фактору вчасної і ефективної ідентифікації, діагностики та
розробки комплексу заходів з мінімізації ризиків аграрного
підприємства.
Among the important conditions for the implementation of an
effective state regulatory policy to ensure the economic security of
the agricultural sector, special attention needs to be paid to the
timely identification of the most significant threats to the
restoration of the economic growth of the agrarian sector. We
propose the develop special indicators of economic security. The
set of such indicators plays an important role in determining the
level of economic security and will allow timely responses to
possible threats and risks, and their criteria are an important
instrument of public policy during the assessment. The
implementation of the task must be done through the use of
indicators of institutional provision of the agrarian sector as an
important factor in timely and effective identification, diagnosis
and development of a set of measures to minimize the risks of the
agrarian enterprise.
