Управління інвестиційним процесом Одеської області

Abstract

У статті проведено аналіз стану залучення інвестиційних ресурсів Одеської області, розглянуто динаміку прямих іноземних інвестицій в область по галузям та географічну структуру обсягів прямих інвестицій. Виявлено основні причини зменшення обсягу інвестицій у економіку регіону та країни в цілому. Проведена оцінка показників соціальноекономічного розвитку Одеської області за 2019 рік та запропонований оптимальній механізм управління інвестиційною привабливістю Одеського регіону. Досліджено та удосконалено теоретичні та методичні засади механізму публічного управління інвестиційними процесами в регіонах. Обґрунтовано основні напрями вдосконалення механізму публічного управління інвестиційним процесом. Сформовані завдання, що спрямовані на поліпшення інвестиційного процесу в регіоні.

The article analyzes the state of attraction of investment resources of the Odessa region, discusses the dynamics of foreign direct investment in the region by industry and the geographical structure of the volume of direct investment. The main reasons for the decrease in the volume of investments in the economy of the region and the country as a whole have been identified. The estimation of indicators of social and economic development of the Odessa region for 2019 is carried out and the optimal mechanism for managing the investment attractiveness of the Odessa region is proposed. Theoretical and methodological foundations of the mechanism of public management of investment processes in the regions have been researched and improved. The basic directions of improvement of the mechanism of public management of the investment process are substantiated. Tasks aimed at improving the investment process in the region have been formed.
