Застосування світового досвіду боротьби з безробіттям серед молоді в Україні

Abstract

В даній статі розглянуто заходи боротьби з молодіжним безробіттям, що застосовуються різними країнами світу. Було проаналізовано рівень безробіття за віковими групами на період 2010-2017 роки, що дозволило простежити инаміку руху даного показнику та порівняти з відповідними показниками вропейського Союзу. Для виявлення найбільш дієвих шляхів вирішення осліджуваної проблеми, за основу було взято показники США, ЄС, Франції, імеччини, Швеції та Японії. Було досліджено ефективність діючих програм розвитку молодіжної політики. Проведений аналіз дозволив порівняти заходи, що застосовуються для вирішення проблеми безробіття серед молоді різними к раїнами світу з тими, що застосовуються в Україні, та додати ряд заходів для зменшення показників безробіття серед молоді в нашій країні.

In this article, measures of combating youth unemployment, which are used by different countries of the world are considered. Unemployment rate on age group for the period 2010-2017 has beenanalyzed, that hasallowed to track the dynamics of the movement of this indicator, and compare to the relevant indicators of the European Union. For identification of the most effective solutions of the studied problem, indicators of the USA, the EU, France, Germany, Sweden and Japan have been taken as a basis. It has been investigated efficiency of the existing programs of development of youth policy. The carried-out analysis has allowed to compare the measures applied to a solution of the problem of unemployment among youth by various countries of the world with those that are applied in Ukraine and to add a number of measures for reduction of indicators of unemployment among youth in our country
