Метою дослідження є теоретичне обґрунтування та виявлення шляхів формування корпоративної культури як основи вищої освіти.
Аналізуються передумови та основні аспекти формування корпоративної культури вищих навчальних закладів України. Обґрунтовуються практичні рекомендації щодо напрямів і методів удосконалення корпоративної культури, створення її ефективної моделі як необхідної умови функціонування та трансформації вітчизняних вищих навчальних закладів.
Реалізація моделі корпоративної культури викликає необхідність зміни стилю традиційного академічного управління і переходу на принципи корпоративного управління. При цьому освітня діяльність, заснована на морально-етичних принципах і загальнолюдських цінностях, розглядається як процес формування інтелектуальної еліти нового покоління, здатної творити інноваційну інфраструктуру національної економіки.
The aim of the paper is to provide the theoretical basis of the corporate culture which is the main principle of the higher education and to find the ways of its development. A higher educational establishment has been defined as a multi-functional, multi-discipline social establishment which co-operates with the state on some defined legal basis and whose main purpose is to transmit scientific knowledge and cultural values in order to train the scientific personnel. The modernization of the education is impossible without development of the
principles of a cultural approach and formation of the educational establishment managerial system. In other words, the necessary condition of the transformation of the educational establishment is the implementation and development of a corporate culture model, the main functions of which will be: cognition, development and transmission of the values, personal development and improvement of individuals. Therefore, it has been claimed by the author that the corporate culture of a higher educational establishment is a unique and effective form of its functioning. Due to this fact the following conclusion can be made: it is a self-organized system, developed on the principles of self-worth of knowledge, freedom of education, which is the particular
way to implement the ideas of the higher education. Such corporate organization of the educational stablishment aims to perform the universal functions of cultural heritage and generate cultural examples. An important part of corporate culture is corporate identity – a high level of awareness of history, values, rules and positive attitude towards the educational establishment, following its rules. Ukrainian higher educational establishments face the necessity to form the corporate culture in order to be stable and partly financially independent. It is necessary to pay attention to this fact while developing corporate culture of the educational establishment in order to make people understand the necessity to donate additional financial resources,
necessity to develop an establishment and contribute to its prosperous future. Corporate values play a crucial role, being some private and public set of rules which help the personnel and administration to set priorities, form the principles of the behavior
in order to reach the goals of the establishment. Therefore, corporate culture is aimed to provide the innovative development of the educational establishment, to develop the higher education, to integrate the personnel and students, to cause patriotic sentiments toward the educational establishment, to explain the necessity for personal development and to provide a flexible co-operation between students and the educational establishment.
